It has been reported that a former laborer has recently been diagnosed with mesothelioma and is filing a lawsuit against many of the companies he previously worked for because of their role in causing asbestos exposure. During the 1970s, he had worked as a construction worker, a railroad car repair worker and a machine operator. It is highly probable that he was exposed to asbestos at these jobs.
